Jo has worked with media and brands for 20 years. Her career highlights include commissioning her filmmaking heroes to work for Sony, organizing a world tour of clubs with Levi’s and i-D magazine and, as The Scout at WPP’s Mindshare, running an international community identifying emerging cultural trends.

Caroline is a freelance academic and writer. Her current research focuses on the politics of emotion, analysing the rising political and public interest in happiness. Caroline has a BA in Sociology from the University of Derby and an MA in Sociology from the University of Manchester. Her past research has explored the experience of grief and loss and examined the role of emotions in qualitative research.
